I have used Modern Heating and Plumbing for my plumbing and heating needs since 1990. I had a central air conditioner installed in 1991. In 2006, I had a new heating system installed. The system was a combination propane furnace with an electric plenum heater. Every bit of the work was done in a timely professional manor. The system has saved us lots of money both in fuel and electrical costs. All the appliances have proven to be very reliable. None have required a service call. Quality products and quality installation and service. I recommend Modern Heating and Plumbing.

When our pipes froze last winter, Modern Heating was there to help out ASAP! They took the needed measures to ensure that our preschool could stay up and running--now that's customer service!
