Big guy name Simon came over, professional, respectful. Was in and out of our house fast, he had all the parts in his truck. If Laneys had more guys like Simon, I don't know how other hvac companies are going to stay in business. Will use everytime and will spread the word!
Laney’s has been our “go to company” for our lake home in Detroit Lakes, MN. However, we needed to take out our old (think 1940’s) tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. The bathroom remodel is perfect. They directed us where to go to pick out everything we wanted. They came out 2x to listen to our thoughts. It turned out just as wanted! Thank you Laney’s.
I left a message over the weekend about my AC not working. Laneys called this morning and Kevin was here this morning (Monday morning) at 10 am and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional. I use Laneys for plumbing issues and bought my furnace and air conditioner from them. They do good work and are prompt and reliable.
