Herbert was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and professional—patiently answered all of my questions and gave me advice for going forward. He was friendly and helpful. After he repaired my water softener, it needed 4 bags of salt which he carried from the car for me and emptied into the softener. He even took a few minutes to look at the hatch of my car that wasn’t working properly. Simply outstanding service!
