We have been trying to get a home residing job loan approved since the first week of March and yet we are, September, still waiting. There’s been a few issues that my representative had brought up, we addressed it and thought we were ready. Every time I asked ‘ is there anything else you need from me?’ I’d get the answer ‘nope, we’ll get on it’ . There’s been times that we didn’t hear anything and so my wife would send an email curious about what is going on. Then we’d get a reply, ‘now we are going to need....’. We question, what if we didn’t send an email, how much longer were we going to have to wait before we would have known about this issue? I understand y’all are busy but seriously, during this time have y’all approved any loans for anyone else?

My husband's farm has been working with a Minnesota branch on a loan, and it's taken 9 months to finalize. Unfortunately we will be taking our home loan/mortgage elsewhere as this has already cost us this year to build.
