I've owned this building for 2 years now, so I can say the pros and cons to what I encountered during my experience.For starters, Lauren was really good to work with and met with my needs of what I wanted. We sat down and I ended up changing a few things based on what would be easier down the road or more convenient. The price, IMO is significantly cheaper than a Morton and holds the same quality. Everything to the building I've thought has been great for quality, top quality garage doors, entry doors and the steel and wood used.
