I found the service to be timely and professional. I dropped my vacuum cleaner off on Monday and on Wednesday morning I was told it couldn't be repaired. Evidently Shark vacuums are not repairable once they're broken. I appreciated the free estimate.

Excellent experiences! I have taken vacuums there for repair with great results. Good customer service. They answer my questions essentially tell me things I would have learned if I had read the manual! ;)
