SO pleased with what Zach and the Gardner Building and Remodeling team did with the MAJOR remodel of our old and ridiculously small bathroom! (See before and after pics below. Yes that's the same space.)
It was a bit of a wild ride dealing with the not-so-fun idiosyncrasies of our crazy 1902 house, but Zach oversaw it all with great skill and professionalism. Zach was great from initial consults, to coordination of an array of talented tradespeople, through final inspections (all the while dodging us and our three cats).

We are extremely happy with our bathroom remodels. Zach and team did full gut remodel of our on-suite and guest bathrooms. Zack provided a project timeline and stuck to that timeline, finishing the project on time. Zack was even able to repair some additional water damage that occurred during the project (the water damage was from the apartment above and was not caused by Zack’s work). Zack is responsive, detail oriented and reliable. I will use his services again.
