We could not speak more highly of Gardner Building and Remodeling, led by Zach Gardner. We hired Zach to be the contractor on a major remodel in Shorewood, Minnesota. We had him turn the unfinished bottom floor of our kids' house there into a suite in which we could live when we visited them and our grandkids. Excellent work and great experience. Zach knows what he is doing, and he works with you to better serve your needs. He also explains what options are best for your situation and doesn’t try to sell you on the priciest options. Very personable and easy to work with. He will also refer you to other reliable people if he can’t help you with something. Highly recommend and will definitely work with him in the future.

Good workmanship and honest workers can be hard to find. I was lucky to find Zach Gardner who gave us an estimate for work we needed done in our home. I honestly wish I would have found him sooner back when we were remodeling our master bathroom because I'm sure it would have gone smoother for us. We had àn assortment of small things that I was not sure we'd ever be able to get repaired, but Zach went through the list I had and appraised whether it these things would make a difference in being able to sell our home.
