I hired Remwhirl a year ago and was told that my drawings could be turned around in roughly 6 weeks depending on how long it takes to get feedback from the truss/structural engineers. We had 6 months of money set aside to afford 2 mortgages while we work through our renovation. It is now a year later and we still don’t have final drawings to send for permits. This process has been beyond frustrating. We’ve paid thousands of dollars for this disappointing experience. We’re being asked for more money now even though the permit package has yet to be delivered. I highly suggest not hiring this company.
