The project was handled in such a professional manner and the communication was top notch! From planning to pulling permits and dealing with Crow Wing County and the DNR-they were fabulous and affordable! I would recommend Nelson's for all your landscaping and irrigation needs. Installed 5 Zone System with WiFi Controller and Lake Pump, did Installation and Cleanup in one day! Quality design, installation, and Support Services! Would definitely recommend Nelson's for sprinkler systems.

We had a retaining wall and paver patio that was slowly sinking down the hill. This spring we realized that a few of the boulders in the retaining wall had actually fallen out. It was no longer safe, especially when we have kids and dogs here quite often. We called Rob, who from the first phone call, was always very responsive. He came out right away, took a look at what we needed re-done, and explained why it needed to be re-done. The previous installers did not use large enough boulders on our steep slope and there was not proper drainage, so over time the wall slowly degraded because of the freeze and thaw.
