A friend and I booked a yoga class when we were in town for a long weekend. Natalie led us through a very restorative practice. The studio had everything we needed: mats, blocks, and straps. Everyone at the studio was super welcoming and had wonderful recommendations for restaurants and places to check out while we visited. It was a great way to start the weekend!

Great studio with a large variety of classes: yoga, strength, TRX, Pilates, and more. The owner makes every effort to keep and hire excellent staff to challenge and make our healthy journey fun!
