I wish I could give more than 5 Stars, Tim is phenomenal! He returned my call and was able to come take a look at my AC within an hour! Above that, since it was evident a replacement was needed, Tim didn't charge me for coming out to take a look and give me a quote! He was always on time, honest and kind, very quick to reply and answer my questions, and there was NO beating his quote compared to the big stores!! Installing went smoothly and he took care to clean up well in and around my electrical room, and was excellent at explaining the process and how I can best maintain my system moving forward. After using a high priced, high pressure company for the last few years, I decided to try a independent HVAC company and boy, I am so glad I did! Tim was quick to respond, out the next day, and had my furnace fixed in less than an hour. His pricing was extremely fair and he didn't try to scare me into buying anything else. No home repairs are pleasant but Tim made it much less painful! A+++
We called Tim Johnson to get a quote on replacing our AC system that is 30 years old and needed a repair. Tim took a look at them and told us that the system was fine and we shouldn't replace them until they stop working. He saved us $14,000 which another company was quoting to replace a perfectly good AC system. He only charged us $600 for making the repairs. That's a third of what the other company was going to charge us. He was very polite and showed up when he said he would. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.
