I truly feel like these people care about my animal over anything and they are so helpful during a stressful time. Dr. Katherine and all the staff are so friendly and always take the time to explain or just sit with patients until they understand
I've been taking my dogs to Park Grove for a couple of years now. We didn't have any issues with them until we started to see Dr. Katherine, But once we started having issues everything went downhill. It took her several hundred dollars and 6 months of tests to determine a fairly basic diagnosis of an ACL tear. Once we finally had a diagnosis, they would only consider the most expensive option suggested by the specialist. The suggested surgery was prohibitively expensive and they wouldn't discuss or consider alternative options for treatment, even though alternative options do exist. The receptionist/scheduler was happy! I TRUST THEM like no other veterinary service that I have been to in my history of having pets since 1998, through 6 different towns in 3 different states They did not sound stressed or overwhelmed. They sounded genuinely glad to be meeting a new animal client. They were concerned as to whether or not I would need immediate services. I did not. Since I was switching from another practice they said that I should request my information be sent over and give them the vet info so that they could do the same if they did not receive it (which was sadly a common occurrence but that THEY would do the follow up as long as they could).
