I don’t recommend seeing Kathryn Berger as your physician. I went in for a post partum/preventative check up and was disappointed that she only did the bare minimum. Rushed me out of there and could not give me any answers to my concerns. She basically told me to lose weight (looked at me up and down) and said maybe that will help without considering I just gave birth 3 months ago. She offered no support, helpful advice, or let alone some compassion. I left the appt more confused and disappointed than when I came in. It’s sad to see physicians who hate their jobs and no longer want to help others. Go find someone and somewhere else if you want real medial advice.

Overall pretty good except the tech I had was revealing private patient information.

I'm not the type to put a bad review but this clinic's staff during my visit felt very dismissive of my visit and even had put falsified notes on my mychart. Very unprofessional!

I really like this clinic. I’ve been to quite a few and they’re one of the very best. came here for the first time with a number of concerns and every single one of them was addressed, and continued to be addressed as my symptoms progressed. I was a big baby doing some tests but the nurses were very kind and they laughed at my jokes. I’ve never been to a doctor for anything more than birth control in probably 13 years bc I didn’t feel like my current clinic would take me seriously, but I’m very comfortable here!

Today I recieved a voicemail at noon telling me my medications have been cancelled. I was apparently contacted many times about me moving to California last year. I have one voicemail from today telling me my meds have been cancelled, nothing before that. I do plan on coming back to MN this year, and let them know that. They said there’s nothing they can do, even though they know I plan on coming back. Also this is a medication I’ve been taking for 5+ years. Great job CG team

First time here. The front desk staff not very welcoming. I walked in said good afternoon and was met with dead stares. I repeated my greeting to which one finally replied “Is there something you need?”. Apart from the location and decent nursing staff wouldn’t return.

I've been going here for several years now and have always had a great experience. I recently had to switch to Nathan Koppe due to my previous doctor retiring and he helped make me feel at ease and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Sometimes it's hard to get a same day appointments here if sick, but that's my only complaint.

I am a minor and it was the worst experience with this new doctor. She maybe Korean? She was rude and aggressive. She body shame me. I came there for a scalp head check and ended up going home crying. She also compared me to my mom's body size. I am surely changing my doctor! 1 comment she said was " I know us asians like to eat rice and noodles. But you need to cut it" I am pissed!

I had a horrible experience with my first and only appointment at M Health Fairview Clinic. I was seen by an APRN (N. Koppe) who had no eye contact and seemed quite nervous when he entered the room and introduced himself. I'm a psychology major and was forgiving of this at the start of my appointment. I soon became shocked that everything I advocate for I am now a victim of. I was very quickly patient profiled, and gender discriminated against. His documentation played heavily on Gender Bias. I don't believe if I had been a male, this in any way would have happened. As forgiving as I was of this man's behavior, I will not be so forgiving of his Narcissistic and Gender Bias care. I too can profile. He obviously didn't want to continue to care for me as his patient. He made this clear by ending with, "I shouldn't need to see you again." What??? Women deserve non bias health care. This appointment has made me question more so the problems in the USA for women's health needs. Should I not go in? How will I be treated? Is this everywhere? Will I be taken seriously? Should I cancel my future appointment with a specialist? This APRN will be turned into my insurence company, the Board of Medicine, and the Board of Nursing. Patient profiling and gender discrimination is a real problem!
