Registered for an appointment online, when I got there, I was taken straight back to a chair. Stylist was very friendly and we had nice conversation. Ultimately she cut my hair a bit shorter than I wanted, but it was ok, hair grows back. Definitely a repeat customer.
People normally only review when something goes wrong. When I just need a simple cut, this place is a go to. They always have convenient times, reasonable prices, and good people to talk to. Don't believe everything you read!
Came a little unprepared for a pick-me-up after some bad news and the lady was SO patient and understanding! Love my haircut...she had to be like an interpreter for my vision and just kindly suggested bringing an exact photo to help the next time.
