Brett from Marigold installed our radon mitigation system, and he did excellent work. And from bidding to billing to scheduling, to finally, the work, all was done well. Our reading went from 1.8 (low at the time) to 0.2. All I can say is "THANKS!"
Great inspector. Your agreement is so attorney driven it gave me pause and I almost chose a smaller company.
Would definitely recommend, especially to other first-time home buyers! Our inspector was very thorough but also kept everything concise and easy to understand. The detailed pdf report was also easy to read and understand after the walk through.
