I contacted Jeremy through a google search for a realtor. I needed to move my elderly parents and sell their house and was on a time crunch. Jeremy responded immediately. He was able to get my parent’s house on the market quickly and priced it right to sell. There was a lot of work to be done on the house and we did not want to take responsibility for it. It was listed -as is and sold within two weeks. The closing day was delayed, but I trusted his judgment that it was a good offer, he made sure we would not loose Ernest money if it fell through.
