I had an awesome experience with Flooring Expo. I worked with Suzanne and she was wonderful. She was attentive every step of the way - I was updated when the flooring would arrive and scheduling installation was easy. I just had a smaller area of carpet redone (stairs to go down to the basement), but I plan on coming back, hopefully next year, to get carpet for the rest of the house. I had a lot of color choices and I am very happy with my pick. Highly recommend!
Very happy with the whole experience. From Dave our salesman, to the product and all the installers. Very professional, pleasant and quick. The whole thing was done with happiness, efficiency and it all looks fantastic.
I had a great experience from day 1 - salesman Chris Chu is awesome and cares about his customers. Installation went smoothly today and I would recommend Flooring Expo to anyone looking for new floors or carpet to be installed. I have to say I'm happy!!
