This is easily the best location i’ve gone to for haircuts. Aubrey and Kim were able to provide the best customer care and experience for my younger sister who is currently undergoing chemotherapy and was feeling insecure about her new wig but thanks to Aubrey’s brilliant work and Kim’s motivational words she left feeling like a brand new person and feels so beautiful. I could not thank them enough for the kindness and gestures they’ve shown my sister and I am excited for her (and myself) to return because i know she’ll be in the best hands. Thank you both so much!

This is the Only Fantasic Sams I go to- Kim, Aubrey, Katie, and ALL the Stylists are absolutely AMAZING! I've never had a problem, And I always leave happy !!! They truly do an awesome job!!! Thank you so Much my Girls!!!!

Went to this location to get a quick cheap haircut and I guess I got what I asked for. I had had some bad haircuts before but this one. Is the worst I have ever gotten. I asked for a short shag and got a bowl cut instead. It looks horrible and even went home with some pieces that were never cut and had to cut myself to be even with the rest of my hair. My sister also got a cut and one side of her cut is shorter than the other in the back. DONT NOT GO HERE STICK TO A GOOD SALON!!

I’ve never wrote a review in my life but I’m hoping no one has to experience what I did. They do not take walk ins like they advertise. I tried and they told me to come back in 2 hours, the salon was empty. My stylist didn’t introduce herself or seem to care I was there. The only other people in the salon were her family and they were messing around causing a scene. She didn’t give me a mirror to see the back or style my hair. When I got home I straightened my hair and found its multiple different lengths and almost shaved down to my head in the back, now I know why she didn’t give me a mirror. I’m devastated and cried over a haircut for the first time in my life. I don’t even want to go to work tomorrow with how embarrassing it is. Honestly sick that I not only paid full price but tipped 20% ?

A fabulous experience! My stylist was so nice, and even went out of her comfort zone to do a lightning pattern in my undercut! Absolutely stellar work and she kept me informed with what she was doing, checking in to make sure I was happy at every stage. I will definitely be back!
