As a first time home buyer, we had no idea what we are looking for in a home inspection, but we had a great experience with Dave. He was incredibly detail-oriented and thorough, catching things we would have never noticed on our own. The inspection was comprehensive, and he took the time to walk us through every little thing. He explained both major concerns that should be migitated and smaller items that are nice to have that we've never thought about. He explains everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand for us who knows nothing about a house. Dave's report was clear, well-organized, and very thorough. It highlights all the areas of concern so we can quickly find the parts that might need work on. It gave us a lot of confidence in making our decision in what needs to be done.
