This small business has been great to work with. They are friendly and go out of their way to help. They’ve answered every email and phone call. Cody was particularly helpful for me with my registration for my new vacuum. And because they are an authorized dealer for Miele I know I can count on them for years to come if and when needed. I’m glad I picked Sara’s Vac Shack for my vacuum purchase!

My experience with Sara’s Vac shack has always been very positive. Work is done in a timely manner with friendly professional service. Additionally, I always learn something I didn’t know about my vacuum cleaner! I would highly recommend this company.

Purchased a miele vacuum from Sara's vac shack through Amazon as a Christmas gift for my mom. In January, a piece of plastic broke off the extension wand. After contacting Amazon and miele, I was told to contact a local authorized dealer for the warranty to replace it. I contacted my local dealer in Pennsylvania, and after 7 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything about the replacement. I received the run around since I hadn't purchased it from the local dealer(sorry Sara's had a better price). I called Sara's vac shack on Wednesday and explained my problem. They instantly sent a replacement part that day and took care of the warranty over the phone.... read full review
