They missed the tax deadline by 30 days and seemed like that was normal. We had to pay interest due to their delay and despite calling them every day they were never there / working so we could not get our taxes back. I would strongly suggest finding a Tax person that wants to help you, unfortunately this is not them.

We brought our taxes to Graham in March, and we just received our return. We tracked all of our phone calls. We started to reach out on June 6th. From that day, we made 20 calls leaving a voicemail eaxh time and finally received a voicemail on August 30th. The voicemails stated that our taxes were done, and we were to call and set up a time to sign. We called 4 times on August 31st and went to the office during business hours on our way out of town and were unable to reach them. We attempted to call again on September 5th when we returned to town. We received a call on Septemebr 7th stating we could come and sign our taxes, and we went directly to the office to sign. We returned them signed during that visit. We did not receive the forms we needed for payment to state, nor did they calculate the amount needed to pay to state taxes. We called 7 times, leaving a voicemail each time between the 7th and the 29th. On the 29th, we called the IRS to find out our taxes were electronically filed on the 27th. We spent a half hour on the phone with the IRS going through the above, and they assisted us in finding the correct forms needed. I understand illnesses, but picking up the phone can be done, ill or not. Esko tax service was an excellent business - responsive, prompt, and completed our taxes efficiently and correctly. It is a shame their business was transferred to Graham Accounting following the death of Esko Tax Service owner. They have failed terribly in carrying on their business. We will not be returning.

It is not September and she still hasn't returned our documents. She doesn't return calls it is a nightmare. Don't go to her.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Currently has tax records of my family and won’t answer calls/door, return the records, or file as promised. Just because you need an extension for personal reasons doesn’t mean that other people don’t need their money. How selfish…And what a terrible business practice. Look at all the previous excuses in the review replies. Would suggest a different day job for Jennifer.

The last two years I have been satisfied with Graham accounting doing my taxes. This year they were overextended and uncommunicative. As a result they had my tax information for 6 weeks and were unable to deliver on the estimate to get them done in two to-three weeks. There was no communication that it was taking longer than expected and my phone calls and texts were not returned. In fact my taxes had not been completed when I went to pick them up on tax filing deadline day. They had, however, filed an extension, but I was not comfortable enough to leave them there to complete so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They Will not respond or return call. My daughter and i need to know if are taxes were filed. And if not we need our important TAX information returned to us immediately. You said we got the extension back in April but we can not get ahold of you. The deadline was October 15th. We need to file our taxes.

I have been calling almost daily for 2 weeks and no one ever returns my calls. Emails get rejected as none deliverable. I've tried cell phone and office and nothing. They have my taxes and all my records and I can't go anywhere else and the final deadline is in 10 days on October 15th!! bad bad bad!!!! For some reason the owner has the ability to respond to these enlightening reviews, but cannot return a phone call.

we have not heard from the tax professionals. we have 8 messages, various times, dates, times, via phone and email. Nothing has been submitted or returned. I too would give them no stars or 0 rating. We tried last year and had problems, but we gave them another try, and now no response no tax return nothing.

Absolute worst. Tried calling messaging and emailing for weeks. Nobody ever returned my calls. Finally got ahold of them and had to get my records to go elsewhere at the last minute. I had even stopped at the office and nobody was there during business hours. I heard the same complaint from friends of mine.
