By far the worst pedicure I’ve ever received ! Didn’t cut cuticles only clipped toe nails, no massage and had a 1 pm appt. Didn’t get in the chair until 1:45 pm.

I made an appointment for 2:30pm the time they picked that they had available. Get there 5 minutes early. Wait till 3pm and finally left with no service. I stopped going here a few years ago for this same reason. No time management at all. I understand a few minutes here and there but come on. You are better off just walking in. Q-nails in Duluth is the place to go never have an issue with appointments. Lesson learned again. I will not be going back.

Walk-in on a whim and Tony sat me right down and starting crafting his masterpiece. Time is money and I was more than pleased at the prompt service and efficient work! Everyone was fun to talk to. The whole salon has a diverse clientele and made for it to feel welcoming and relaxing.
