Good for general massage. If you have more specific muscle knots or chronic pain, this is not a good place to be. The masseuse is quite strong, able to do deep tissue massage. Only able to focus on my upper back. Not great with lower body pain (hip flexor, lower back pain, sciatica, etc). Still have tightness afterwards. Bonus point is may be available for walk-in. Always call ahead.

Joy did my massage and she did a fantastic job. I was so nervous because this was my first time getting a massage and I’m a bit ticklish. I wasn’t sure if I could even enjoy a massage, but desperately needed one after working as a nurse for many years. I will be back 100%! What a great hidden little gem! Called at 430, got in at 5! I recently had a 2 level laminectomy and all my muscles were sore! Joy did a fantastic job. Very thorough and very professional. Can't wait to go back!
