“I ended up having to cancel my move-out cleaning service due to issues with the movers I had hired, and Iris and Carl were both very understanding and sympathetic (and, bluntly, some of the only people to show me any kindness that day!) Iris had already gone above and beyond in working with me on my initial payment, and was quick to refund what I had paid (less a completely reasonable cancellation fee). While I never got to experience their actual cleaning service, these are good people and deserve your business. Update: Three years later I finally got to actually have them clean for me!
