They don't make any excuses, and will even move things within reason to get to the dust and dirt, and ensure everything is cleaned. They even organize items, papers, toys, etc. and leave you nice surprises like towel animals :). I love that they have a manager/team lead that comes onsite to review the cleaning before signing off on it. We have used them for 9 years now and will continue to do so. I really appreciate that because they had some time left, they offered suggestions of what they could still do. This meant a lot to me as they could’ve just packed up and left.
