He asked what and where the problem was. He listened to what I thought
had occurred. We went into the shower looked at the drain there. And then looked at the floor drain in the laundry room. Both were backing up and flooding the floors. He told me what he would do to get them unplugged. After he cleaned out the drains, he had me flush the upstairs toilet. It worked. No flood. I was happy. Hopefully this solved the problem. He was a real people person.

Affordable Plumbing has been a huge lifesaver while I was dealing with the un-fun part of home-ownership. The person I spoke to when I first called was kind, friendly AND knowledgeable which was really helpful when I was so stressed. They were able to get me on the schedule right away– Then when Landon, the service tech reached out, he was also very professional, kind and helpful in sharing his knowledge for me to understand options for my water heater & water softener. They were able to get out to me same day, which was SUCH a huge help. Thank you for the great experience from a not-so-great situation and making it feel not so bad!!
This business is amazing! I called for an appt ... they were able to fit me in the next morning! The repairman was prompt, pleasant, informative, knowledgeable. He found my issue in a few minutes, fixed it and was on his way (after cleaning up). I'll be calling this company for any future plumbing and heating issues! Thanks, Landon ... you're the best!
