I made online apts and was called and asked if we could come in a little early. We drove 45 mins to get our haircut and because of traffic was a few mins late and was told we couldn't get our hair cut. I will never go here again and will tell me entire family not to go here as well. I was still early compared to original apt and was told we couldn't be seen, it was totally unprofessional. People bend to help you and you won't serve them, wow.

Kylee is an amazing stylist, very knowledgeable. I always struggle with what I want and what would look good, she always find a balance and gives the best advice. Will take care of you 100% and you will not be disappointed ❤️

Called ahead for an appointment and was told the stylist would need 45 minutes for each, brought myself and my daughter. Arrived 10 before our appointment and didn’t get brought back until our appointment time. The stylist kept saying she wouldn’t have time for both of us, yet we’re assured on the phone that there would be. Didn’t wash with of our hair and sent us out without drying and in less than 25 minutes for both of us. My daughters hair was just a trim and was uneven, I had to fix it when we got home. Me in the other hand, I asked for a trim and light face framing, I left with her feathering my sides and when I got home I realized why, she gave me a mullet. I called the next day to talk to the manager and explained to the gurl who answered...she was also the one who booked us..never to receive a call back. Terrible customer service and service. Will never go back there again. I would leave zero stars if it were an option.

My 6 year old has hard to cut hair, thin with no clear part. Jade did an excellent job to give her a super cut bob. She took her time and made sure that it was not too long or short (taking an inch or so, then asking what I thought). She was also super sweet with my daughter. The service and cut were on par with a place three times the price.

Just wanted a cut!!! Brought in a picture of inverted stacked bob. Was supposed to be as long as shoulders in front. I have curly blonde hair and I told stylist my hair shrinks up. I ended up with a Dutch boy haircut. And by the way she took about 10 inches to achieve this montracity .Maybe LOOK at the picture.
