Love Dr. Kokan (allergies). She is kind, explains things in a way you. An easily understand and is so knowledgeable. Didn’t have to wait at all to be called back or for her to step in the room.
My upcoming surgery was explained and Dr Wetcher ;listened to any concerns I had and was able to get me in the same day to check my injured wrist and explained the upcoming surgery so I could understood with graphic drawn details. He is a good doctor
and made me feel confident by saying the procedure I needed was his favorite to do. You sure can't beat that kind of doctor who is happy and excited to fix your injury. He gives you confidence, He is also a good artist, sketching the injury and what the procedure was going to fix.
Dr. Jennifer Lewis is an awesome doctor. She listens and is very thorough. She is empathetic and is a great problem-solver when it comes to diagnosing me.
The one thing that Allina Health is unfair with is allotting 25 minutes for an appointment. I feel that is not enough time to get checked in, go over my symptoms (especially if I have multiple symptoms) and come up with a diagnosis and possibly prescribe medication if necessary. That is my one gripe with Allina Health- the care and doctors are great- the team who decided the appointment times obviously have evaluated that by sitting on a computer looking at analytics and watching numbers.
