“This is my second year using ACE Tax & Financial. Sharyl and Norm have been incredible! They have gone out of their way to answer all of my questions...whether it be in person, via email, or over the phone.
Norm has truly gone above and beyond this year. He has walked me through not only my tax preparation, but also through the process of applying and prepping the tax work for the Payroll Protection Loan that I qualified for this year due to Covid 19. I’ve gone in multiple times at different stages of this process, and he had been so patient, professional, kind, informative and always prepared.
