I wanted to use knoll tax service for my business and first phone call Intake appointment was missed. I decided to give them a second chance with in person visit but was another no show too. I don't want to do business with a company that lacks punctuality or rather show commitment.
Greg is unprofessional. I will not be taking my taxes back here. He actually asked me why I wasn’t vaccinated and proceeded to try to embarrass me asking if I had my polio shot? A business does this to a client. Wow.
My name is Sarah Polson and I have had my taxes done by Knoll Tax Service for many years and they are Exemplary. Tax forms, regulations, and new requirements are very confusing and stressful for me; I am so glad they figure everything out. They take the time to Explain the new regulations and requirements. They also discuss current and future issues I may be concerned about, and explain my possible choices. Last year they looked ahead and suggested I pay estimated taxes to the State, thus eliminating a large payment at tax time.
