Katy cut and dyed my hair and she is the literal best. I could not be in better hands than with her. I now look like a pokemon gym leader and I am now feeling like myself.

Booked a couple haircuts online for my kids a few weeks out. They ended up calling me the day before the appointment and said the stylist doesn’t actually work that day so they then rescheduled us for another week out. This time I spoke with someone who actually confirmed over the phone. So then the next week, a day before the appointment, same thing happened. They called to reschedule because the stylist apparently doesn’t work the day in which they scheduled me for. Decided to cancel and will not try again as they apparently have incompetent people working the phone and online scheduling.

I called and made an appointment the guy told me 7pm would work, then I arrive at 6:50pm and was told I was scheduled for 10am the following day when I was told 7pm. So if you schedule an appointment here don't expect it to be the time you originally scheduled.

Very Disappointing Experience
I came in today for a scheduled haircut appointment. The appointment was delayed by 10 minutes, and then I was kept waiting an additional 10 minutes.
When the barber, Hakim P., finally saw me, he took one look at my long hair and refused to give me a haircut — without even asking what kind of style I wanted or what I was planning to do. He made no effort to understand or communicate.
