Living in rural WI sometimes has its setbacks. Our small town dentist was not able to see me for an emergency tooth issue. I tried several offices in the area to no avail. My pain was increasing and so was my frustration at what my next move could be. I called Champlin Park Dental (my clinic when I lived here 10 years ago), explained my situation and they said they could see me that night! After a few bumps in the road they were able to fit me in to their Friday schedule and resolved a very painful situation for me! When my 7 year old daughter suddenly complained of a severe toothache I was scrambling to find a dentist in our area who took our insurance and could help us. After calling a couple places that didn’t seem keen on helping us I called Park Dental Champlin. The initial call was extremely helpful, they made sure my insurance was taken and called me back quickly with a same day appointment to see Dr. Hirn. They took xrays and recommended that we come back to get an old filling fixed. Everyone was so nice and made my daughter feel so comfortable.
