I’ve gone here majority of my life (I’m a young adult) and have had nothing but great experiences within the past 4 years. The staff are all super nice and my hygienists have been very understanding of my struggles with caring for my teeth, even giving me tips on keeping up with dental hygiene specific to my fatigue, pain and motivation issues. They’re also very transparent about costs and help navigate insurance issues automatically. They’ve been accommodative towards my movement disorder when it was its worst and allow for me to take breaks as often as I need them. Today I had my dental cleaning with Jenny for the first time, and I think it was the best cleaning I’ve had in my regular six-month routine. She was very thorough with every tooth and was incredibly kind throughout the appointment.
Living in rural WI sometimes has its setbacks. Our small town dentist was not able to see me for an emergency tooth issue. I tried several offices in the area to no avail. My pain was increasing and so was my frustration at what my next move could be. I called Champlin Park Dental (my clinic when I lived here 10 years ago), explained my situation and they said they could see me that night! After a few bumps in the road they were able to fit me in to their Friday schedule and resolved a very painful situation for me!
