“I have had excellent experiences with ZUPS Construction. ZUPS replaced my homesteaded roof as well as two roof replacements on rental properties. Two of these jobs also involved windows and siding. When my mother's house had a tree fall on roof, I called ZUPS to fix broken trusses and replace shingles. Troy came out to my mother's house, was professional and thoroughly answered all my questions. Two weeks later Eric and crew did the work. Yard was cleaned up better than when they started. “I hired James earlier this year to replace flooring and a door in my basement bedroom that I wanted to convert to a home office. From the beginning, James was professional and courteous, and his communication was excellent. I am a female and in my thirties, and home remodeling of any kind is not in my realm of expertise, so I really appreciated that James explained things to me thoroughly without being condescending. He gave me a quote upfront and stuck to that price. He also put me in touch with one of his vendors so I could pick out the flooring, and I was very happy with that company. James and his brother removed the old carpeting and installed the new LVP flooring and it turned out perfectly. He also went through the trouble of finding the office door that I wanted instead of me searching for something on my own. I had done my research on the door I wanted, and what James found matched what I was expecting in looks, quality, and price. He also kindly gave me advice on some things I decided to tackle on my own (caulking, sanding, etc.) and that was appreciated. During the time I spent with James, I found him to be very meticulous in his work, which was reflected in the final product of my room. I am so happy with how everything turned out, and I would absolutely hire him again if I ever have any remodeling needs.“

“Quality Tree Service recently, 8/23, removed a very large maple tree in our backyard. The tree over hung our garage and neighbors fence along with flower beds. They were here when scheduled and in a very short time were set up and went to work. They cut down the tree in a short time making sure to be extremely careful of their surroundings never damaging a thing. They removed all the debris from the property and did an extraordinary job cleaning up afterwards. Quality Tree Service were extremely professional, conscientious, courteous, affordable and their quality of work was outstanding. “Late on the afternoon of Friday the 13th this October, we began getting water dripping into our utility room. Recall the weather - it had been raining for almost 2 days and continued. I had a phone number - to Nick - who answered and was at our house within an hour. He went into the attic, found several leaks, went onto the roof while it was still raining and made temporary repairs. As of 4:00m pm, 11/3/23, BRUGGEMAN EXTERIORS completed repairs to the roof including vents and some underlayment. “Brandon provided excellent service after a hail storm resulted in damage to our roof. An initial inspection by our insurance company suggested that there was no damage. However, after Brandon arranged for a second inspection by First Choice and our insurer, Farmer's agreed that there was some significant damage and agreed to pay for replacement costs. Brandon stuck with us throughout the process, kept us up to date on decisions by our insurer, and ultimately brought an excellent crew to our home and replaced the roof on our home and garage.
