We hired Encore to do routine maintenance on our 25+ year old furnace. Upon their inspection, they found cracks in the heating exchange which was an alarming safety concern. Because of this, we needed a new furnace and Encore went above and beyond to inform us of our options and replace our furnace promptly. They were extremely easy to work with and provided exceptional service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.
