I would strongly advise exercising caution when considering Magnum Trucking. My experience with the company was frustrating and inconsistent. Initially, I was assured of certain arrangements, only to have the driver communicate something entirely different at the time of service.
Communication within the company appears to be disorganized, leading to confusion and unmet expectations. In particular, my interactions with Bree and Samantha were difficult, as resolving even simple matters became unnecessarily complicated. Additionally, the support from the Duluth office was not as helpful or responsive as expected.

Only LTL carrier I’ve had in the area that has been able to back it up my driveway! BUT I’m not a big fan of how their routes are setup, they will sit on a shipment for 5 days just to deliver it 45 miles from their terminal.

Paid to park in a public lot, chose a corner out of the way in an open area of the lot (plenty of room to maneuver) and a magnum driver bringing a delivery to Marcus theater still managed to hit our brand new vehicle and tear the bumper off. Apparently its the second incident with this company at this location. Unprofessional.
