We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Kathy, Kenzie, and Grace. From start to finish, they went above and beyond for us—guiding, supporting, and answering every question with patience and expertise. Kathy Anderson and Grace Traynor with the Coldwell Banker Home Finder Team are by far the best realtors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have bought/sold residencies in two different states, so we have some experience with realtors. They are not all the same! Wish they all were as knowledgeable, accommodating, and diligent in working for their clients as Kathy and Grace. We worked with Kenzie while looking for our first home and couldn't have asked for a better experience! She walked us through the process as first time home buyers and made sure to explain everything in detail. When it came to looking at homes she was thorough in the walkthroughs and offered to help us get in contact with resources for any updates or fixes that needed to be done.
