Kathy Anderson and Grace Traynor with the Coldwell Banker Home Finder Team are by far the best realtors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. We have bought/sold residencies in two different states, so we have some experience with realtors. They are not all the same! Wish they all were as knowledgeable, accommodating, and diligent in working for their clients as Kathy and Grace. The key to their success with us is that they listened to what we wanted from the very beginning and worked to find it. They gathered information before our first visit, so they were prepared to show us what we wanted to see, not what they wanted to sell. While we looked at 10 or so places over several visits, we ended up purchasing the very first place we looked at; that’s how in tune Kathy and Grace were to our needs. And then there was the follow-up work after we made an offer and after it was accepted, responding to our endless questions, tracking down information for us.
