Dean’s Heating was great to work with when my Carrier heat pump compressor failed. Since the compressor was obsolete, they were able to find a new, open-box heat pump that was much less expensive than other options. Just a few days later, they were back to install it. The finished installation was very well done. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. I will definitely use them again!
Coldest week of the year and my furnace went out. Pam made sure the guys got our right away and installed our new furnace. They were fast and very professional. The gents who installed it really knew their job! Very appreciative of the excellent work. Then Pam emailed me that she found a rebate for me from the gas company and filed it for me as well as registered the new furnace. Service far beyond what I expected. Good people all the way around. Happy owner of a HVAC system installed by Deans (now a few years ago). They (Loren and others) are always very responsive and helpful when we've had any questions/concerns regarding the system. I highly recommend this company.
