I broke a tooth in half. I walked in to family dental they were able to see me right away they were nice and helpful also very kind. I received a referral to their sister clinic as I needed the tooth pulled. I drive straight there to hopefully get in as I was told they are pretty busy. I walked in handed my referral they lady at the desk was absolutely ? amazing hands down the best experience I've had. I wanted to be knocked out but was given the opportunity to have gas and have it pulled out right then. they worked with me and my anxiety. they were able to pull my tooth same day. never had an experience like this at a dentist. I called at around 1 PM and was able to get an appointment for same day at 3:30. All of the staff was very professional and welcoming, which eased my dental anxiety. They were super informative about the questions I had about my insurance and what exactly was covered. Very knowledgeable. They were able to give me immediate estimates that were honest and upfront, As well as some estimates for future care. I called making an appointment thinking I was going to lose a tooth and I left within 45 minutes with a filling and no more pain. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking, especially anyone with dental anxiety!
