Very professional. Nice place. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I didn't like being stood over and feeling rushed to pick out my glasses. I didn't end up buying any because of feeling pressured. A simple question like would you like help picking out frames or would you like some time and space to browse? I will go back but I am going to say something to the manager about this.

I purchased glasses from Cambridge Eye Associates in July 2025 and their staff was extraordinary to work with. I had misplaced my receipt and I had to get a duplicate to submit an out of network reimbursement. I walked into their office and was walking out minutes later with what I needed to submit said reimbursement. Thank you, Peyton! Keep up the good work.

I had an exceptional experience. The new Dr. Alex Austing was incredibly thorough, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain every step of my exam and answer all my questions with a friendly and approachable demeanor. The entire staff was welcoming and efficient, from the moment I walked in, making me feel comfortable and valued. They have a fantastic selection of frames and the staff provided great advice for choosing the perfect pair. I can't recommend them highly enough for comprehensive and personalized eye care.
