I scheduled a 90 minute massage with Carolynn. Unfortunately I got sick and requested to cancel. I let Carolynn know I was ill and waiting to be seen at the same day clinic. She said she would charge me for canceling in spite of being sick. I said I would still go to the appointment as I'm not paying for a service I did not receive. I showed up to the appointment, still feeling ill, but not wanting to waste $160; however, she never showed up! I waited for over 15 minutes and she did not show, yet she still charged my card. I am now filing a fraud dispute with my credit card company.

I have been to Butterfly Massage many times. Unfortunately I reached out to cancel my most recent appointment due to illness. Carolynn said she was going to charge me full price due to canceling on short notice. I ket her know that in spite of being sick, I will go to the appointment as I'm not spending $160 for a service that I didn't receive. When I arrived to my appointment the door was locked and there was no one there. I tried calling her and waiting 15+ minutes before leaving. She still charged my credit card and I'm in the process of filing a fraud dispute with my credit card company.

Currently 39 weeks 6 days pregnant ‼️ My body was completely tense and constantly feeling achey. I had the 45 min pregnancy massage & it was literally the calmest most relaxing massage. The hot towel foot treatment was AMAZING. I think I feel asleep at least twice. Smells are amazing and very relaxing. I honestly wish I would’ve booked sooner but DEFINITELY worth it.#Letsgetthisbabyout.
