“We went to Rochester’s Home Show and signed up to have Junge’s Flooring come out to give us an estimate on refinishing our hardwood floors. Steve, the owner, came out to measure all the rooms and walk us through options. We later received our quote. We ended up going through and have no regrets. There was a subcontractor, Jason, who did the actual work. He was great at communicating and showed us what water vs oil based finish would actually look like on our floors. We actually changed our mind from when we discussed with Steve. Jason ensured he was following exactly how we wanted it. There were small differences between what Steve said vs what Jason said, but the differences were workable. Since the project was 3 bedrooms, a hall, and a living room, it was advised we move out during the process. Steve thought we would be moved back in on Saturday, but Jason said it wouldn’t be until Monday that he could move the furniture back in. We just adjusted our AirBnB. Caitlyn, who works in the office, did a great job walking us through the steps, scheduling, and following up. You can tell she is the heart of the business!
