We are completely satisfied with our carpet experience. Caitlyn listened to our desires and helped us with choosing some samples, and answered all our questions. Steve came out to measure the rooms and shared more information, easing any anxiety we had. The carpet was ordered & we soon had an installation appointment. We went to Rochester’s Home Show and signed up to have Junge’s Flooring come out to give us an estimate on refinishing our hardwood floors. Steve, the owner, came out to measure all the rooms and walk us through options. We later received our quote. We ended up going through and have no regrets. There was a subcontractor, Jason, who did the actual work. He was great at communicating and showed us what water vs oil based finish would actually look like on our floors. Junge Flooring did a great job from start to finish on our bedroom and loft carpet installation. Caitlyn was amazing with communication, estimates and choosing the best carpet for our needs. Both installation crews were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!!!
