Today was my first time visiting the optical center in the Burnsville store. We needed to find a set of new frames that would match the lenses my son had from a pair that had broken. We had heard from a friend how helpful the staff is at this location, and that is exactly what we experienced. Zein was SO nice, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. He really cared about what we needed in a new set of frames and made sure what we were choosing was the right fit for my son’s lenses. While we have not visited here for an eye exam, if the rest of the staff is as great as Zein is (which other reviews seem to suggest), we will certainly be coming here for all of our future...read full review
Between me and my 2 daughters,
we where here 3x to get our new glasses. We had our exams elsewhere. We had great experience all 3x. Zein and Shaleta (don't know if I got their names right) are great. This is not our first time here, all our experiences here in last 3 years were great too.
