Also went here for platinum yoga (they share the space with USA karate!) we did a vinyasa style class, The instructor and owner Denae was so sweet and welcoming. My boyfriend and I do yoga occasionally but not enough to be called yogis, and she was very supportive when we tried new poses. They also offered modifications which was great! Such a cute community they have here but challenging class as well!!

What a scam! Don’t go here. Paid through Groupon to test this place out. And the the package on Groupon was not fulfilled for what it said was. The place pretty much just wanted you in the door to show you the packages and take your money. Went to a mma gym and was the best decision we have made. Learned a ton skills through mma and getting more in shape and respect. Join mma instead.

My sister took karate here back in 1988-1989.....I was 5 yrs old and remember master Kruckow being so kind and friendly....every class my sister took here, I was always welcomed in his office to just hang and talk.....we live in Boston now and think it's awesome I found you guys haha I have a picture of me and master Kruckow in his office....I'll post it when I get a chance to dig it out
