Have been to Spring Massage several times over years and Sophie is sensational. You wouldnt know it by seeing her, but she can apply great pressure & is fantastic at getting knots out. If you are looking for an insightful, well trained therapist in deep tissue massage she is the best in the south metro. I have been to many different places in the south metro and there is only three really good ones out there and Spring massage tops them all. Very good at removing troubling knots and understanding pressure point therapy.
