The crew that came to our home yesterday to replace 106 year old windows in our attic were professional, friendly and efficient. Jerry, Alex and Nick replaced 11 windows in this extreme cold in Minnesota in just under six hours and left shortly after the inspector was here. This is the third time we have purchased Renewal by Andersen windows and couldn’t be more pleased. Kudos to the team that made them, the team that installed them and to Bruce our sales contact.
The sales people were awesome! Explained everything so well. The installers were absolutely perfect. Greeted my dogs with a friendly attitude and told me how they were going to do the job. After I put the dogs in their kennels they started moving everything in and then started the install. They worked together as a team and got all 7 windows done in one day. Can’t say enough good things about bout them. They were friendly and I had a hard time believing it when they said that they would clean up and it would be like they were never here but that is just what they did!!! The windows are great too. Easy to open, no breeze and no rattling of panes when the wind blows. They showed me hiw easy they sre to clean, I might even clean the outside more iften Will go back to Renewal by Anderson for my doors when it is needed.
