I have been going to see Dr. Jen for the past 14ish years and every visit has been beyond worthwhile. Her knowledge base, expertise, and time she takes to genuinely work with you is nothing short of admirable. If you’re willing to put in the work to improve your life, she will help you get there. Plus she’s funny - bonus! I’ll make mention that the rest of the staff is also just as wonderful. 25/10 recommendation.

TRULY the best! If you are in a rut in your training and you want to excel, if you have been in an accident with no relief, if you have pain of any kind, he is a must see, Before you ever consider surgery, you MUST go to Dr Jay first.... Dr Jay is truly the best. ! I have SO many people in my life including myself that he has beyond helped and improved their quality of life. He is kind, he listens, he genuinely cares and coupling that with his knowledge in Neurology and Chiropractic.. Honestly cant say enough. We are SO blessed to have him in MN.
