The staff is friendly and not pushy. One of the employees is absolutely awesome and extremely great to work with, I can not remember his name, but he is a younger man with blonde hair. He is super enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I've purchased and traded there. Those transactions felt fair, and they seem to take into effect my purchase history when doing deals with me. I would recommend this store to a beginner along with a seasoned musician for quality gear.

These guys are awesome! I was looking at buying one of their amps through reverb and they were really quick at responding back to me and even posted some photos of the motherboard and a video of the amp being tested for me. Unfortunately the amp wasn’t the one I was looking for but their customer service was above and beyond and they were super nice! Thumbs up!

I bought an excellent-to-mint early 60's Harmony H47--a one pickup semi-hollow electric guitar--for all of $200 bucks, which is 50% or more lower than current market price. A MGR guitar tech, Tyler, did amazing work on this instrument--he cleaned the electronics, dressed the fret ends, and made a rosewood replacement bridge. The action, intonation, and tonal response of this guitar is now at peak performance, and in my opinion, the work Tyler accomplished on this guitar is worth the price I paid for it. Sick value!
