Salvaged all the data from my dead hard drive. And strongly recommended I purchase an SSD to back everything up. Lon is the absolute best. He works tech magic. Very fair and prompt.
Owner, Lon had an Excellent understanding of my issue of a recent scamming on my laptop. My old laptop was scoured and also found the battery to be almost worthless, among other issues. He Was also able to transfer data to a new laptop that I purchased from him at an excellent price.I highly recommend this shop for honesty and excellent work.m
I sent in Dell laptop with a defective drive (bitlocked grrrr). Lon was able to replace the drive and reload the machine in only a couple of hours. Great service I will use them again if needed.
